Refund Policy
1. General Principle
Due to the nature of beauty devices and personal care instruments, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and delivered.
Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted in any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
The product has been delivered and received by the Buyer or the Buyer’s authorized recipient
The product has been opened, used, activated, installed, or unsealed
Change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with results, or expectation mismatch
Hygiene-related concerns once packaging or seals have been opened
Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging wear, or box damage that do not affect product functionality
Failure to follow usage instructions, warnings, or operating guidelines
Failure to raise a written request within the specified time period
Refund requests initiated through chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute mechanisms
3. Hygiene & Safety Notice
Beauty and personal care devices are hygiene-sensitive products.
For health and safety reasons:
Products that have been opened or used cannot be resold
Refunds or exchanges after opening are strictly prohibited, except where required by law
By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this hygiene and safety restriction.
4. After Delivery
Once the product is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer and receipt is confirmed:
Delivery shall be deemed fully completed
The Company shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations
Risk, custody, and responsibility for the product shall transfer entirely to the Buyer
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after delivery, except where expressly required under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Limited Exception (Defective on Arrival)
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
The product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival (DOA); and
The Buyer notifies the Company in writing within 12 hours of delivery; and
The product remains unused, unactivated, and in original sealed condition
The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the claimed defect before approving any remedy.
6. Approved Refund Handling
If a refund is approved (where applicable):
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Shipping fees, handling charges, and third-party payment fees are non-refundable
Processing time depends on the issuing bank or payment platform
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party processors.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
This Refund Policy is clearly disclosed prior to payment
Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy
Refund requests that do not comply with this policy do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to submit this Refund Policy, order records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance evidence in its defense.
8. Final Interpretation
Open Financial (Hong Kong) Technology Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of this Refund Policy.
The latest version shall prevail.
