Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are provided within Hong Kong only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Open Financial (Hong Kong) Technology Limited.

2. Delivery Timeframe
2.1 Delivery will be arranged after successful payment confirmation.
2.2 Estimated delivery time is T+1 to T+3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, logistics scheduling, traffic conditions, and operational circumstances.
2.3 Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Delivery Address & Recipient Responsibility
3.1 The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including address and contact details.
3.2 The Buyer must ensure that the Buyer or an authorized recipient is available to receive and sign for the goods at the scheduled delivery time.
3.3 Any failed delivery, rescheduling, delay, or additional logistics costs caused by incorrect information, unavailability, or Buyer-requested changes shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Proof of Delivery
4.1 Delivery shall be deemed successfully completed when the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer and signed for by the Buyer or the Buyer’s authorized recipient.
4.2 The Company may retain the following as proof of delivery:
Signed delivery notes / receipt records
Courier or logistics tracking records
4.3 Such records shall constitute conclusive evidence that delivery has been completed and that the Company’s delivery obligations have been fulfilled.

5. Risk Transfer
5.1 Risk, custody, and responsibility for the goods shall transfer to the Buyer immediately upon successful delivery and signature confirmation.
5.2 After delivery, the Company shall not be responsible for loss, damage, theft, misuse, or improper storage of the goods.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
6.1 The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery, including packaging condition and item quantity.
6.2 Signature upon delivery confirms that the goods have been received in full and in acceptable external condition, without objection.

7. Delivery Completion & Finality
7.1 Once delivery is completed and confirmed by signature, the transaction shall be deemed fully performed.
7.2 No delivery-related disputes, claims, or objections will be accepted after delivery confirmation, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Delays & Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic incidents, logistics disruption, government actions, public health measures, or labor disputes.

9. Final Interpretation
Open Financial (Hong Kong) Technology Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of this Delivery Policy.
The latest version shall prevail.
